Folkestone is a tidal harbour so fishing times vary from day-to-day. Some trips are 5 hours long and some are 8 hours long. Longer trips can be arranged, if required. Winter trips are all done with the boat anchored and summer trips are normally done on the drift. Within 10 miles of Folkestone there are over 250 wrecks which offer a large choice for the wreck fisherman. Seven miles off we have the Varne Sandbank, a popular fishing area, and easy fishing for the novice.

Cod can be caught nearly all-year-round, with the summer species showing up from May onwards i.e. Bass, Pollock, Mackerel, Rays. Gurnard etc. I would recommend that 8 is a comfortable number of anglers on board at any one time, although I can take more. Fishing tackle can be hired from me and I will give help to those who may require it. As a conservationist, all fish taken off the boat must be over the legal limit.
