Pathfinder is an Offshore 105. It has a length of 10.5 metres and is powered by an Iveco 320 h.p. turbo charged engine. Fully loaded it will cruise at 13 knots. There is a large deck space at the stern, with a forward cabin. The vessel is licensed to carry a total of 12 people and operates under Category 2 of the code for small vessels (up to 60 miles from my home port, day or night). Within the cabin area is a flushing W.C. a microwave and a gas ring for making tea, etc. The boat is based in the port of Folkestone for 9 months whilst taking fishing parties out, but will be based in the port of Dover during July, August and September when doing cross-Channel swimming events. The vessel carries full safety equipment and has the latest electronic navigation equipment.
